Here's what we'll be doing:
Week
1
Building A Strong Foundation
We'll introduce the Three Essential Elements of Retraining, which will form the basis for Powering Up your retraining program. We'll talk about setting priorities, scheduling your time, and knowing when and how to make changes. We'll clearly define the areas that are holding you back, and we'll set goals for the next six weeks.

2
Reduce Stress Levels
The first Essential Element of Retraining is to reduce stress levels. We'll trouble shoot to help you identify your hidden stressors, and brainstorm to find strategies to eliminate or reduce them. We'll work on reframing in order to let go of victimhood, and we'll identify ways we can take back our power, create joy in our lives, and increase our connections with others.

Refocus on the Positive
The second Essential Element of Retraining is to refocus on the positive. We'll discuss the six positive mindsets that will empower you to move forward towards joy, freedom, confidence, and connection. We'll explore tools that will bring us to a lifestyle of enjoying and loving our life.

4
Rewire Old Patterns
The third Essential Element of retraining is to rewire the old patterns. Sometimes those old patterns can be quite stubborn, so we'll talk about how to best be able to eliminate them and then to replace them with the new positive patterns. We'll go over the specific steps of incremental training, trouble shooting through the tough spots, and how to implement it in your day to day life.

Deepening Visualizations and Meditations
Visualizations and meditations are such a critical tool in retraining, but for most of us, they just don't come naturally. We'll talk about how to move gently into them, how to deepen them to get more umph from them, and how to become more creative.

6
Refining Your Toolbox
Neural retraining is definitely not a one-size-fits-all type of program. We'll talk about getting creative about finding your best tools, how to evaluate what works best for you, and how to keep your program fresh and fun - something you look forward to each day. You'll create your own toolbox to have ready whenever you need it. You'll walk away with the confidence to move forward in your own unique program.
