A steady weekly rhythm

This program is designed to feel supportive, predictable, and gentle on your energy — with a rhythm you can rely on.

Our weekly call includes:

• A brief grounding to help you arrive and feel settled
• Teaching focused on one clear, manageable theme
• A guided practice or quiet reflection
• Space for journaling, with optional sharing

You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you. Cameras can be on or off. Listening quietly is enough.

Between sessions

• One or two gentle practices to explore (never assignments)
• A private group space for reflection, support, or questions
• Recordings available if you miss a live call or prefer to move at your own pace

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Lori.

I work with people who are worn down from trying to fix themselves — thoughtful, capable people who are exhausted by approaches that ask them to push harder when their system is already overwhelmed.

I know this place well.

My own healing journey led me to self-directed neuroplasticity and nervous-system-based work after years of chronic symptoms and frustration. What changed things wasn’t more discipline or forced positivity — it was learning how to work with my brain and body, creating safety first, and moving in small, steady ways that actually stuck.

This is how I guide my work now.

I lead with compassion, not correction.
I prioritize nervous system safety over chasing outcomes.
I help you rebuild trust with your body, one step at a time.
And I don’t believe in rigid programs — we adapt to what supports you, in the season you’re in.

Module 1: Understanding Self-Directed Neuroplasticity

In this module, you’ll learn how the brain and nervous system change through experience — and how chronic stress and illness can shape those patterns over time. We’ll explore self-directed neuroplasticity in a clear, grounded way so you understand why this work matters and how gentle, consistent practices can support healing. This creates a foundation of understanding and hope without pressure.

Module 2: Honoring Your Journey

Here we take time to acknowledge what you’ve been through — without judgment or blame. You’ll explore how past experiences, stress, and coping patterns may have shaped your nervous system, and why honoring your journey can bring more ease and compassion into the healing process. This module helps you move forward with understanding rather than self-criticism.

Module 3: Emotional Wellness — Creating Safety

This module focuses on emotional safety as the foundation for healing, with special attention to the limbic system and its role in stress and symptom patterns. You’ll learn how emotions interact with the limbic system and how to create a calmer internal environment without suppressing or forcing feelings away. We practice gentle tools that help your system feel supported and less on alert.

Module 4: Physical Wellness — Befriending Your Body

Rather than fighting symptoms or pushing through discomfort, this module invites a different relationship with your body. You’ll explore how the nervous system influences physical symptoms and learn ways to respond with curiosity and care instead of fear. The goal is to build trust with your body so it can do its best work toward healing.

Module 5: Mental Wellness — Guiding Thoughts & Beliefs

In this module, we look at how thoughts and beliefs can either support or stress the nervous system. You’ll learn how to notice unhelpful thought patterns without getting stuck in self-criticism, and how to gently guide your thinking in a way that supports calm and regulation. This isn’t about positive thinking — it’s about thoughtful, compassionate awareness.

Module 6: Relational Wellness — Healthy Connections & Boundaries

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and relationships can strongly influence the nervous system. This module explores how connections, boundaries, and social environments affect your sense of safety and stress. You’ll reflect on what supports you, what drains you, and how to create healthier relational patterns over time.

Module 7: Leading with Your Mindful Self

This module centers on developing calm, compassionate self-leadership. You’ll learn how to step out of automatic reactions and lead yourself with more intention and clarity — even on hard days. This kind of inner leadership supports nervous system regulation and helps you respond rather than react.

Module 8: Tools for Transformation

Here we explore a variety of neural retraining tools across emotional, physical, mental, relational, and self-leadership domains. You’ll learn how to choose tools that support regulation and safety, rather than overwhelm or control. The focus is on gentle consistency and learning to listen to what your system needs.

Module 9: Incremental Training — Expanding Capacity

This module introduces the concept of gradually expanding your nervous system’s capacity through small, manageable steps. You’ll learn how to work within your window of tolerance so growth feels supportive rather than stressful. This approach helps build resilience and confidence over time without triggering setbacks.

Module 10: Creating Your Ongoing Rewiring Program

In our final module, we bring everything together and help you begin shaping your own ongoing program. You’ll reflect on what you understand now, what feels steadier, and how you want to continue supporting your healing moving forward. This module emphasizes trust, self-leadership, and confidence as you carry this work into your life.
